Returns

You have a full 14-day right of return from the day you receive your order, in accordance with Danish consumer law — and you don't need to give a reason.

Return conditions

• You're welcome to open and try the item as you would in a shop. If it's clearly used or damaged beyond that, Danish consumer law lets us deduct the reduction in value from your refund.
• You cover return shipping, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong one.
• We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

How to return

If you're logged in, you can start the return straight from your order: choose the items you want to send back and we'll email you a return label and instructions. Prefer to write to us? Contact kontakt@vaerklar.dk with your order number.
