Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping at Værklar. The period runs from the day you receive the item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by contacting us at kontakt@vaerklar.dk before the deadline.

You must return the item no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You are welcome to open the packaging and inspect the item as you would in a physical shop. If you have handled the item more than necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, we may deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to the item's diminished value.

You bear the direct cost of returning the item, unless it is defective or was delivered incorrectly.

We will refund the amount you paid, including the cheapest standard shipping, no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or until you have provided proof that it has been sent. The refund is made to the payment method you used for the purchase.

Exceptions

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned if the seal has been broken after delivery.
Products made to the customer's specification cannot be returned.
