Værklar (CVR 46252101) is the data controller for the processing of your personal data. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your data. You are always welcome to contact us at kontakt@vaerklar.dk.
We collect name, email, address and phone number when you create an account or place an order. We also store order history and payment information (via Stripe - we do not store card details directly).
We use your data to process and deliver orders, manage your account, send order and delivery updates, and improve our service. The legal basis is performance of the purchase agreement (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), our legal obligations such as bookkeeping (art. 6(1)(c)), your consent for e.g. newsletters and analytics (art. 6(1)(a)), and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the shop (art. 6(1)(f)).
We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected for. Data relating to a purchase is kept for up to 5 years after the end of the financial year the purchase relates to, in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Account data is kept until you delete your account, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
We share necessary data with our data processors: Stripe (payments), GLS/Shipmondo (shipping), Resend (emails) and Supabase (database). Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; when they do, we ensure a valid transfer basis, e.g. the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC). We never sell your data to third parties.
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data. You also have the right to restrict or object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. Contact us at kontakt@vaerklar.dk to exercise your rights.
