1. Company information

All prices are in DKK and include 25% VAT.

2. Ordering and payment

When you place an order, you enter into a binding purchase agreement. We accept Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Payment is charged at order placement.

3. Delivery

We ship with GLS within 1-2 business days. Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days in Denmark. See our shipping page for current rates.

4. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt. See our withdrawal page for details.

5. Complaints

You have a 2-year right to complain under Danish law. Contact us at kontakt@vaerklar.dk for complaints.

6. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable GDPR legislation.

7. Complaint options

If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact us at kontakt@vaerklar.dk. If we cannot reach a solution, you may bring the complaint before Nævnenes Hus (the Danish Appeals Boards Authority), Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via naevneneshus.dk, if the conditions for this are met.
